The Guam Youth Congress (GYC) is a legislative body composed of young leaders who represent the voices of Guam's youth in government, created pursuant to Chapter 7, Title 2 of the Guam Code Annotated. 

 

Established in 1975, the GYC aims to provide a platform for students to engage in civic participation, develop leadership skills, and contribute to shaping policies that impact their communities and future.
